Where it began
InternsHub was founded in Accra out of a simple frustration: access to meaningful careers in Ghana too often depended on who you knew, not what you were capable of. We'd seen brilliant, driven students held back not by talent, but by a lack of mentorship and connection.
The first circle
Mentorship before anything else
We started small, pairing a handful of students with career mentors who had walked the path before them. No portals, no matching algorithms. Just honest, practical guidance from people genuinely invested in their growth.
Today
A growing community
That first mentorship circle has grown into a community of 500+ aspiring professionals, supported by mentors, universities, schools, and partner organisations across Ghana. We're just getting started, and we're doing it right here at home.
